Can one SDP account be used across two Patina project accounts?
My wife and I are both going to enter one pair into the Thunderdome and have separate PP accounts. Can we each submit one pair under one SDP account? I'm getting an error trying to do register that way.
Swap or unregister a Thunderdome pair
If I register the wrong pair, I should be able to remove it myself. Right now I have to contact support. The pair page or the contest page should have an unregister option that asks me to confirm. It should work until the contest's first submission window closes. My pair and its photos stay on my profile.

Add Uncle Dan’s Boots, an independent bootmaker in New Brunswick, Canada, run by Daniel Mallais. Daniel requested the listing and can provide photos, model details, and construction and leather information.
Allow updating login email for feedback site
Enable members to update the login email for https://feedback.patinaproject.com/. Currently the feedback site login email does not update when the app login email changes, so the two are out of sync.

Gallun has enough leathers out there, and several brands have used them, seems like they could be added as a tannery.

Change my email address
There’s no way to change your account email address in the app today. If your email changes, the only option is to contact support to update it. Add a self-serve way to update your email in account settings: enter a new address, confirm it through a link sent to that address so a typo can’t lock you out, and notify the old address that the email changed. Sign-in should work on the new address right away.
Searching for women’s stuff
My wife just joined (she has a pair of Grant Stone Nora boots) and she was hoping to be able to search for women’s boots on the app. Yes, you can of course just type in the word “women’s” but that’s a bit hit-or-miss. It would be really nice if you could filter by gender — or filter by the gender of the user — so she could see what boots other women are wearing.

Claim legacy Stitchdown Patina Thunderdome submissions
Let users request ownership of legacy Stitchdown Patina Thunderdome submissions that were created before Patina Project handled the submission flow. Some older Thunderdome submissions exist on Patina but are not connected to the right user account. A claim flow would help users reconnect those historic submissions to their current account without contacting support for each case. This would make legacy Thunderdome submissions easier to preserve, manage, and view from the correct account.
Customize photo order in contest submissions
Let users change the order of photos in non-Thunderdome contest submissions after upload. Recent updates now keep newly uploaded photos in submission order, which makes angle order more predictable. Users still need a way to adjust photo order after upload, especially for older submissions that were created before this change.

Thunderdome: Photos taken in previous month cause timeline to become out of order
Photos taken during the previous month that are submitted during a submission window in the following month can cause the item profile’s timeline to appear out of order. We are currently working on a fix. -Ted

Rearrange photo order on an item's profile page
It would be great to rearrange the order of photos within each entry on a boot's profile page. Right now there isn’t a way to do this. This would make it easy to keep the same angles consistent across different entries, so you can compare how a boot looks over time at a glance.

Problem logging on
I’ve used the app for a long time on my iphone. A couple of days I found I was logged out and have not been able to get back in. I try to log in through my google account like I just did here but then it defaults me back to the “create a new profile” page. I click the link saying I have an account and it takes me to log in, I hit log in with google, and it takes me back to the create a new profile page. I’ve tried it numerous times over the past few days and keep having the same issue. Anything that can be done about it?
Official community guidelines
Right now there's no clear set of community guidelines on Patina Project. This leads to confusion about what's allowed and what isn't, especially since some folks mix up rules from other platforms with ours. It would be great to have a dedicated, easy-to-find page that spells out: What kind of content is and isn't allowed How moderation works This would help set expectations for everyone and give mods something concrete to point to. Keeps things fair and transparent.
Deduplicate Items in Search Results
Search results sometimes show the same item multiple times, making it easy to click into one you've already seen. Users can already filter by "Items" to remove overlap, but this isn't obvious. Make this clearer or group photos by item by default. Source: reddit.com/r/PNWbootmakers
Swipe-Through Gallery for Search Results
When viewing search results, let users click into a product photo and swipe left/right to browse the next result. Right now you have to go back to the results page each time. A simple gallery navigation would save a lot of clicks. Source: reddit.com/r/PNWbootmakers
