Thunderdome photo submit says it failed, then retry says "This angle already has a submitted Photo"

I submitted my Thunderdome photos for my Leather Goods Dome entry in the October window. The app said the submit failed with "Network request failed."

I tried again, and each time the app showed "This angle already has a submitted Photo." I tried three times and got the same error every time. I thought my entry was broken and that my photos hadn't gone through.

What I expected: if my photos were saved, the app should tell me the submission worked. It shouldn't show an error that makes me think something went wrong.
